IDR is seeking a dynamic Analytics Engineer to join one of our top clients in Nashville, TN. Responsibilities:

  • Design and build our client’s healthcare data infrastructure, including data lakes, data warehouses, and data marts
  • Lead the development of scalable and efficient data models to answer business questions efficiently
  • Collaborate with leadership to understand and interpret the impacts to cost and quality of initiatives using relevant data sources and analytic platforms
  • Build BI dashboards to allow easy understanding of the data and implications
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of healthcare data

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience working with Enterprise Data Warehouses in a healthcare environment
  • Strong SQL and database design skills
  • Programming in at least one language such as Python, JavaScript, Ruby, etc.
  • Experience with ETL tools, such as dbt, Apache Nifi or Talend
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards, such as HL7, FHIR, and HIPAA
