IDR is seeking a talented and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to join one of our top clients. Fully onsite in Denver, CO – 3 month contract to hire position 

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your 3+ years of relevant experience to provide top-notch technical support for Windows and Mac environments
  • Utilize your experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Microsoft SCCM, and Active Directory to manage, track, and resolve support tickets
  • Demonstrate your strong customer service skills by ensuring excellent follow-up and follow-through with users
  • Exhibit your ability to document customer contacts, troubleshooting steps, current status, and resolutions in detailed tickets
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects efficiently to meet SLAs and ticket closure goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and provide effective solutions

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor’s degree + 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Proven track record of exceeding ticket closure goals and SLAs
  • Strong experience providing technical support for both Windows and Mac OS in an enterprise environment
  • Proficiency in using ServiceNow, Microsoft SCCM, and Active Directory
  • Experience supporting G Suite and Mac OS
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service abilities
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
