Project management has never been more vital to our organization. You’ll play an integral role in the business tying project outcomes to business goals, resulting in better market positioning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and strive for business efficiency. You will be involved in the definition, planning, management, and deliverables of various projects.ย ย
Responsibilities:
- Execute project management skill sets and methodologies to address long-term opportunities thatย impactย and improve the businessย ย
- Assistย in all project management cycles, including quantitative and qualitative analysis, forecast market trends, toย identifyย risks and issues and work toward innovation and operational successย ย
- Identifyย process gaps and process implementation planningย ย
- Support and further build change management processesย ย
- Collaborate with partners to provide innovative solutions toย optimizeย internal and external processes, policies, protocols, and tools that will enable the best cost, quality, and delivery of Cisco productsย ย
Who You Are:
- You showย strong communicationย and collaboration skills with a real passion for solving problemsย ย
- You have excellent organization and time management skillsย ย
- You are process oriented with drive to simplify/improve processย ย
- Youย possessย effective time-management skills and the ability to prioritize work assignmentsย ย
Minimum Qualifications:
- Including but not limited to a graduate/upcoming graduate of a certification program from a Boot Camp, Apprenticeship, Community College or 4-Year University.ย ย
- Open to 0 – 3 years of relevant experience or recent graduate or those in the final year of aย Bachelor’sย inย Business, Supply Chain, Communications, Mathematics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related program, or holders of equivalent academic certifications.ย ย
- Solid understanding and experience with project management fundamentals and methodologies.ย ย
- Able to legally live and work in the country for whichย youโreย applying, without visa support or sponsorship.ย ย
